Please print out the instructions and follow to complete the application. Please note that there can only be one company per account. Please note there were alterations made to the R&D tax credit program under SB 196 and codified in Tax-General § 10-721, including the repeal of the R&D basic tax credit, creation of a $3.5 million small business set-aside for the growth R&D tax credit, and adoption of a statutory limit as to how much growth R&D tax credit that each business may receive.
